A five-storey office building was constructed on the site at Greifswalder Strasse 226 in Berlin-Pankow. The ground floor was transformed into a bright and spacious communal lobby with a floor-to-ceiling window front, a reception and a coffee point. In addition to several dynamic yet cosy workstations on the ground floor, office units with a total area of 1,770 m² were created on the other five floors. Two meeting rooms were also created on the first floor.
All offices are supplied with fresh air via a modern ventilation system and can be cooled and heated with the help of floor convectors. With floor-to-ceiling windows and customised interior and exterior shading systems, the offices can be easily adapted to suit individual requirements. The building is accessed via a staircase or the internal lift. The large roof terrace of 143 m² invites you to linger on the roof with a view of the Berlin TV tower. The unique façade made of architectural concrete elements and the glazed entrance area in a very special design are particularly striking.
The basement has been equipped with nine parking spaces, which are accessible via a car lift.
