A new five-storey building was erected on the property at Linienstraße 221 in Berlin-Mitte. A total of 19 rental flats with a total area of 1,397 m² were created from the first floor to the top floor. These include seven flats between 36-50 m², four 2-room flats between 51-76 m², five 3-room flats between 65-131 m² and three 4-room flats between 116-121 m².

On the ground floor there are two spacious commercial units (138 m²; 380 m²) with a floor-to-ceiling, inviting window façade. Access is via a staircase on the street side or via the internal lift.

The flats throughout the building are fitted with high-quality real wood parquet flooring and underfloor heating; the top-floor flats also have air conditioning and a large rooftop terrace with a very special view over Berlin.
