Kurfürstendamm 130
Westfälische Straße 47 / 48

The prestigious residential and commercial building is located on the corner of Kurfürstendamm 130 and Westfälische Str. 47/48 in Berlin-Halensee. The 6-storey masonry building with solid and wooden beam ceilings in a prime location was built at the beginning of the 20th century.

The construction measure consisted of a complete reconstruction of the top floor over the entire floor plan area of the building. The temporary roof that was still in place after the war was completely replaced. A special feature of the house is the tower with a round dome and lantern.

In the new attic, 4 high-quality apartments with contemporary, open floor plans were created. The tower apartment also has a green roof terrace. The attic has modern air conditioning.

As part of the extensive modernization and repair work, attention was paid to the use of high-quality equipment and surfaces, so that a uniform design concept was implemented from the facade to the interior.

Key data:

  • Representative Berlin old building
  • Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf district, Halensee district
  • Approx. 3,960 m² of residential and commercial space in total
  • 4 new, high-quality 2- to 5-room apartments with 594 m² of additional living space thanks to the attic conversion
  • First-class equipment (fitted kitchen, real wood parquet, roof terrace, skywalk, air conditioning)
  • Barrier-free development through the addition of a modern external elevator in the inner courtyard
